Instead, our system calculates real-time delivery costs—regardless of product type, origin, or destination.

No Freight Forwarders – Just Verified Hauliers

Unlike many competitors, our logistics infrastructure is built exclusively on a network of verified UK and EU hauliers. Freight forwarders have no access to our platform, ensuring you always receive the best delivery rates and service—directly and transparently.

How Our Logistics System Works

1. Define Unlimited Warehouses
You can add as many warehouses as needed—your own or even your partners’.

2. Assign Collection Points to Products
When listing products (or importing them via CSV/XLS), simply assign the warehouse they’ll be shipped from.

Important: Always use EXW prices excluding VAT. Our Smart Invoicing System, integrated with VIES & HMRC, automatically calculates the applicable VAT based on the seller’s and buyer’s VAT status, as well as the product category.

3. AI-Powered Cart Optimisation
As customers build their cart, our intelligent algorithm groups products by warehouse and freight type (ADR, Refrigerated, Frozen, General Goods, etc.), and optimises 3D pallet configurations in real-time.

4. Order Fulfilment Tools for Warehouses
Once an order is placed, each relevant warehouse receives:

  • Pallet labels with tracking codes

  • 3D pallet configuration and optimisation details

  • The full order summary

5. Automated Dispatch via BidTrans
Delivery orders are transmitted directly to the BidTrans platform, which assigns a verified haulier to collect and deliver the goods efficiently.

Yes, we deliver across the UK and Europe. However, if you require delivery to an island or an area with difficult access where HGVs are unsuitable, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will need to manually organise your delivery.
